SWAT Team Arrested Atlantic County Man Accused Of Sexually Abusing 19-year-old since she was 11

MAYS LANDING- A 43-year-old Hammonton man has been charged with multiple sexual offenses in connection to the sexual abuse of a woman that began at age 11 and continued until she was 19 years-old, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced.

On January 25, 2021, at approximately 3:30 p.m., Dan Bocelle pulled into his driveway and with the assistance of Atlantic County SWAT members, he was taken into custody without incident.

Bocelle is charged with 1st-degree Aggravated Sexual Assault and 5 additional sexual assault-related charges. Search warrants executed at Bocelle’s house, place of business, and vehicle yielded multiple cell phones, electronic devices, steroids and a large amount of cash.

Bocelle was transported to the Atlantic County Justice Facility where he is lodged. This is an investigation conducted by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit
