BALTIMORE, MD – On Saturday, at approximately 11:06 a.m., officers responded to the rear odd side of the 1800 block of Ramsey Street for a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located an unidentified adult male who had been shot in the back. The victim was transported to Shock Trauma where he was pronounced dead a short time later. Homicide detectives responded out and assumed control of the investigation.
