Dover, DE — A 51-year-old Magnolia man matched all six numbers in the March 19, 2021 MULTI-WIN LOTTO drawing, winning $181,000 before taxes. The man, who wished to remain anonymous, purchased the winning ticket while visiting Royal Farms #13 in Felton.
