BALTIMORE, MD – The body of 26-year-old Tara Payne has been found in the waters of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Police put out a missing person bulletin after the woman went missing on Tuesday.
Two shot, one dead on Washington Boulevard in Baltimore
Baltimore police reported that her remains have been located in the water just off of the 1200 block of Dockside Circle.
Police say the woman’s remains will be transported to the Medical Examiner’s office where an autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of her death.
Payne was last seen slive on March 23, 2021 at approximately 1:30 a.m., in the 2800 block of O’Donnell Street near the Charm City Skate Park, according to police.
