Portland Police seeking homeless man wanted for shooting

PORTLAND – Portland Police Bureau detectives are seeking help in locating 34 year-old Noah Charles Smith. Smith has active warrants for his arrest and is a person of interest in a shooting that occurred on March 7th, 2021 at SW Barbur Blvd and SW Capital Hwy and needs to be interviewed.

Smith is known to frequent homeless camps. Detectives believe Smith is armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
