St. Petersburg, FL – On Tuesday, two people were killed in two separate shooting incidents around St. Petersburg.
Fargo Street Shooting
The first shooting happened near Fargo Street.
At 3:49 p.m., St. Petersburg Police received a call about shots fired and a person injured in front of a home at 1227 Fargo St. South. The victim, 19 year- old Dquaz Davis, was taken to the hospital, where he died of his injuries.
22nd Street Shooting
Tuesday evening, at 6:15 p.m., someone fired shots at a Volvo traveling north on 22nd St. S at 18th Avenue South.
K’Mia Simmons, age 21, was a passenger in the Volvo with her two young children and another adult, a man, was driving.
A bullet struck Simmons and she died of her injuries at the hospital. The children were not injured.
No suspects, no motive
