Community wishes 101-year-old elder with Birthday driveby

DAYTONA BEACH, FL – Mary Flemming turned 101-years old and to show their appreciation for the community elder, the Daytona Beach Police Department lead a birthday drive-bay parade past her home today.

“Yesterday, a few of our officers took some time from their day to make someone else’s day. Mary Fleming – now 101 years young – greeted the people who went through Cedar Highlands to wish her a happy birthday,” the department said. “Our officers were among the 50+ vehicles which took part in the parade.”
