Woman shot in Columbus expected to survive, police say

COLUMBUS, OH – On April 14, 2021, at 5:16am, Columbus Police officers were dispatched to Grant Hospital, at 111 S. Grant Avenue on a walk-in shooting victim. Upon arrival, officers located the victim in the trauma room where she was being treated for 1 gunshot wound to the right arm. Gill stated that a friend transported her to the hospital. She did not know where the shooting occurred. Gill will survive the injury. This incident is still under investigation.
