$20,000 lottery ticket sold in New Castle

NEW CARLISLE, OH – Giuliana Medina of New Carlisle is celebrating a big Buckeye win after she picked up a $20,000 win on Ohio Millions. 

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Giuliana will receive $14,400.

Giuliana purchased her winning ticket at All-In-One Market, located at 419 N. Main St. in New Carlisle.
