Convicted New Jersey murderer suing Donald Trump for $1 Trillion over COVID-19 response

NEWARK, NJ – A man who spent twenty years in and out of New Jersey prisons is suing the former president for $1 trillion dollars over his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Arnett Thomas, 71, filed his lawsuit in federal court in Newark and alleges that Donald Trump embarked on an experiment that infringes upon Americans’ 14th amendment rights. He said Americans should have had the opportunity to opt-out of the President’s experiment which was aimed at his re-election.

“Trump allowed the disease to spread,” Thomas said. “What he did was politically motivated. If Trump would have handled this pandemic in a proper way, he would have been elected [again]. Trump got kicked out because of the way he handled it.”
