D.C. Mom says she threw her dead baby in the trash after police issued a missing child alert

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Police in Washington D.C. are searching for 2-month-old Kyon Jones who has been missing since Friday, May 7th even though his mom last night said he died and she threw his body in the trash can.

In a confession, the mom said she fell asleep with 2-month old Kyon and when she woke up, he was unresponsive. Police have issued a missing person report for the baby, despite the mom’s confession. After seeing he was unresponsive, she said she panicked and threw his body in the trash and doesn’t know what happened to him after that.

In a bizarre interview with CBS9, Bogta confessed to disposing of the baby’s body.

“The last time I had him, he was in the bed with me, when I woke up he was unresponsive.” Ladonia Bogta.”I wrapped it up, took it out side and disposed of it in the trash…and that’s what happened.”

The baby’s father is not content with the mom’s story says he wants to find his child. He said he learned of the mother’s claim moments before her interview with CBS.

“I’m looking for my son, I’m still not satisfied,” the boy’s father said. “I all I want to do is find out where he’s at.”
