Play of the week: NJ high school outfielder rides the fence to rob opponent of home run

HILLSIDE, NJ – Teaneck left fielder Justin Meyer made an amazing running catch, flipping over the outfield fence to rob Pascack Valley of a home run in NJSIAA baseball action on Tuesday. The sophomore showed he can hang with the varsity team this week. Teaneck ended up losing the game 3-0, but came out the next day and beat Pascack Valley 4-3. Meyer went 1 for 2 with 1 rbi. He was also hit by a pitch. Maybe they weren’t happy about his catch the day before.
