MUDDY CREEK TWP, PA – Pennsylvania State Police responded to Portersville Road near SR 422 and Interstate 79, Muddy Creek Township, Butler County on 05/17/2021 for a report of a homicide. 38-year-old David A. HINES, of New Castle was found murdered in his vehicle. Hines was last seen in New Castle on 05/17/2021 in the afternoon hours.
