Police seek help identifying McKean County shooter

Pennsylvania State Police Troop C – Lewis Run Barracks responded to Busty Hearts Place, 1545 Route 155, Turtle Point, Annin Township, McKean County on 05/16/2021 at approximately 0300 hours for a report of a shooting. This shooting occurred as a known victim had been involved in an altercation with several unknown, unidentified males. The altercation escalated, at which point the victim had entered his vehicle and attempted to leave the establishment.

At this point, the pictured unknown black male discharged a handgun, firing approximately 6 rounds at the victim’s vehicle as he drove away, striking the vehicle. The identity of the black male who fired the shots is not known.
