The newly crowned Miss Nevada pageant winner was once a mister. Now, Kataluna Enriquez who began competing as a woman in beauty pageants last year has been crowned the winner of the 2021 pageant. They will now head to the Miss USA pageant to be held in November to represent Nevada. The Filipino-American began transitioning from a male to a female at the age of 14-years-old. She began participating in transgender pageants in 2016.
