Crazy New Yorker assaults 7-year-old child in Central Park

NEW YORK, NY – A man described as unhinged assaulted a 7-year-old boy walking through Central Park with his parents. The incident happened at around 4 p.m. as the family was walking near Columbus Circle. That’s when 33-year-old Kevin Cadelina approached the child, hit him in the face and knocked him to the ground.

Police say Cadelina is crazy, describing him as ’emotionally disturbed’. He was charted for assaulting the child after he was restrained by the child’s parents and other parkgoers. The child did not sustain any serious injuries.
