PORT RICHEY, FL – Please be on the lookout for Deven Gelinas, (5’6, 120lbs, 16 years old) missing from Downtown New Port Richey. Last seen 7/8/2021 10:00 AM leaving Pennsylvania Ave heading towards Madison Street. Devin was wearing a black tee-shirt with white lettering (Friends) written all over the shirt and black shorts, which appear to be bathing suit material. He has a blue Jansport backpack on.
Also might have a light blue hoodie on as seen in the pic of him sleeping. Devin has blondish brown hair and hazel eyes with a blue ring around them. Deven is mentally disabled and takes anti-psychotic medication. Without medication, Deven is unstable and may be a harm to himself or others.
