Police searching for man who killed 80-year-old in Shoal River Park

CRESTVIEW, FL – The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a suspect in connection with the fatal shooting July 10th of an 80-year old Crestview man at Shoal River/Duggan Park south of Crestview.

22-year old Johnny Ray Kirk of Santa Rosa Beach has active OCSO warrants for homicide, carjacking, grand theft of a motor vehicle, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and aggravated elderly abuse.

Kirk may be driving the victim’s 2007 red Nissan pickup with Florida tag PZHL01. He is considered armed and extremely dangerous. If spotted, do not attempt to make contact. Call 9-1-1 or your nearest law enforcement agency.
