ATLANTIC CITY, NJ – The man who epitomizes the word G.O.A.T, former NBA superstar Michael Jordan visited the Jersey Shore this week, reportedly taking part in the Jimmy Johnson Championship Fishing Week that runs through Saturday.

“Pro Football Hall of Fame Coach, Jimmy Johnson is taking his world-class fishing tournament from South Florida to Atlantic City July 12-17! With a guaranteed $1 million purse, this high-stakes and overly entertaining competitive sportfishing experience will be one for the books! The week will include a kick-off party at the Golden Nugget, Atlantic City, 3-days of tournament competition, charitable celebrity pro-am day, a closing awards bash that will have you dancing the night away while collecting your checks and more,” the event organizers posted in an event notice.

This week, MJ visited Steve and Cookies by the Bay and he eventually caught a 70 pound White Marlin with his team “Catch 23”, the largest fish so far of the tournament.
