Biden goes into state of confusion when asked when children will get COVID-19 vaccine

President Joe Biden was asked when children under the age of twelve are going to be eligible for COVID-19 vaccinations and we’d quote him, but we’re not sure what the answer is.

Biden rambled off random facts as if somebody or perhaps something was speaking inside his head, or maybe multiple people, sending the President into a daze and confusion. He was eventually able to get the train back on the right tracks, but not before giving a complete non-answer to the simple original question, “When will children under 12 be able to receive the vaccine?”

This is the same man who claims he stared down Putin and called him pure evil.
