Teen shot dead during argument inside Macon Mall

MACON, GA – Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators are investigating a shooting incident that occurred inside the Macon Mall, located at 3661 Eisenhower Parkway, just after 4:00 p.m.

It was reported that two men were involved in a verbal altercation that became physical resulting in one of the men being shot. The victim, later identified as 17- year-old Quentavious Moore of Macon, was transported to the hospital by ambulance, where he was later pronounced dead.

The circumstances surrounding this incident are being investigated.

According to the coroner’s office, the next of kin has been notified.
