A woman heard desperate cries. She found a puppy tied up to a tree in a snowstorm left to die. The puppy screamed for help. She untied him from the tree and brought him right to the emergency Vet’s office. The poor pup had bruises on him as well. Even with the amount of agony he was in, he trusted the vet and his rescuer, gave them kisses, and wagged his tail.
No one knows who was so cruel as to tie him up to a tree to have a painful and slow death, but thank goodness he was rescued. He was later put up for adoption and adopted by a loving family.
