$20,000 lottery ticket sold at Saybrook Corner Store in Ashtabula

ASHTABULA, OH – Shawna Brunell of Ashtabula won $20,000 on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Black Ice.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Shawna will receive $14,400. She purchased her winning ticket at Saybrook Corner Store, located at 5104 Lake Ave. in Ashtabula.
