$20,000 40th Anniversary Millions Prize Sold in Fostoria

Fostoria, OHIO – Gregory Smith, Fostoria, won $20,000 on the Ohio Lottery’s $40th Anniversary Millions (#174) scratch-off. After mandatory state and federal tax withholdings totaling 28 percent, Coleman will receive $14,400. 

The ticket was purchased at Fostoria Food Mart. 

The Ohio Lottery has contributed more than $27 billion to education since 1974.
