Columbus Man Wins $20,000 on Moneybag Multiplier Scratch-off

COLUMBUS, OHIO – Richard Mitchell, Columbus, won $20,000 on the Ohio Lottery’s $10 Moneybag Multiplier (665) scratch-off. After mandatory state and federal tax withholdings totaling 28 percent, Mitchell will receive $14,400. The ticket was purchased at Refugee Food Mart, Columbus. 

Moneybag Multiplier is a $10 scratch-off with a top prize of $500,000.
