$20,000 win on Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off

HUBBARD, OHIO – James Hagerty of Hubbard picked up a White Ice.

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, James will receive $14,400.

James purchased his winning ticket at Pilot Flying J #697, located at 2226 N Main St. in Hubbard.
