STRUTHERS, OHIO – David Cappitte of Struthers is celebrating after he scratched Money Bag Multiplier and won $20,000.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, David will receive $14,400.
He purchased his winning ticket at Giant Eagle, located at 3130 Center Rd. in Poland.
