Police report home invasion, murder in Tulsa

On Sunday, around 9:00 a.m., officers were called out to a shooting/home invasion near Quebec and Young St. in north Tulsa.

Officers found the victim, 34-year-old Mitchell Roberts, dead when they arrived at the home.

According to the victim’s girlfriend, three men forced their way inside the home and started yelling. The residents in the house were asleep in the back bedroom.

Witnesses say the suspects shot Mitchell Roberts when he came out of the bedroom to see who was in the house.

The three suspects are described as white males, 30s, last seen armed with pistols.
