New Jersey Lottery Player Wins $150,000 on Powerball ticket

TRENTON, NJ – One New Jersey Lottery ticket matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball drawn for the Wednesday, September 22, drawing winning the $50,000 third-tier prize. That ticket was purchased with Power Play, multiplying the prize to $150,000. The ticket was sold at Wawa #8334, 250 Route 70 West, Marlton in Burlington County.

The winning numbers for the Wednesday, September 22, drawing were: 20, 40, 47, 55, and 63. The Red Power Ball number was 05. The Power Play was 3X. 50,422 New Jersey players took home an estimated $280,458 in prizes ranging from $4 to $300. The Powerball jackpot rolls to $523,000,000 for the Saturday, September 25, drawing.

The Double Play drawing is an additional drawing for players who opted-in to the Double Play feature on their tickets. The Double Play drawing results for the Wednesday, September 22, drawing were: 06, 07, 36, 41, and 59. The red Double Play Power Ball number was 07.
