Wheelersburg Man wins $20,000 on Ohio Millions

WHEELERSBURG, OHIO – Tony Hammond of Firebrick, Kentucky, won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Ohio Millions.  

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Hammond will receive $14,400. 
 
He purchased his winning ticket at Speedee Mart, located at 220 Center St in Wheelersburg.
