The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old Missing Juvenile Javon Marks. He was last seen at 6:30 A.M., on Wednesday, September 22nd, 2021, on the 41XX block of Edgely Avenue.
He is 5’11”, 165 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, green camouflage cargo pants and New Balance sneakers.
