Early morning shooting sends one to the hospital

BALTIMORE, MD – On October 3, 2021, at approximately 5:40 a.m., Southern District patrol officers were called to the 3500 block of Seagull Avenue, for a report of a shooting. Upon officers arrival, they located a 36-year-old male in the 3500 block of Round Road, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to an area hospital where he is listed in stable condition. A preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was walking in the 3500 block of Seagull Avenue when he heard several shots fired. The victim began to flee the location when he realized he was shot.
