Teen shot during fight on Brooks End Court

COLUMBUS, OH – On Sunday at 5:12pm, officers were dispatched to the area of 1033 Brooks End Ct. on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located witnesses that informed them that there was a group of people who gathered at the rear of 880 S. Wayne Ave.

Two of the males began fighting when an unknown male produced a handgun and began shooting at the 17-year-old victim. The victim was struck once and was transported to an area hospital in stable condition. He is expected to survive his injuries. This incident is still under investigation.
