Buford, GA  –  JINYA Ramen Bar is bringing its contemporary Japanese dining experience to the Buford community this month!

Located at 2925 Buford Drive, Bld. #1205, in the Exchange at Gwinnett, JINYA’s first Buford restaurant will begin serving the traditional flavors of Japanese food via small plates and its acclaimed ramen that combines bold noodles with thick, rich broth that slowly simmers for 20 hours in late October. Adhering to a variety of dietary needs and preferences, JINYA offers a lineup of savory plant-based dishes that highlight balanced, bold ingredients without sacrificing on flavor, including new items featuring Impossible™ Foods, like Impossible™ Tacos, Impossible™ Bun, Impossible™ Rice Bowl, Flying Vegan Harvest and Tsunami White Pearl.

In preparation for its Buford grand opening, JINYA is currently hiring for all positions – including both back-of-house and front-of-house positions, as well as a front-of-house manager.
