Retired Delaware Man wins $1,000 on Collect’ N Win

DOVER, DELAWARE — William Bullen, a 65-year-old retired man from Ocean View, has claimed the second $1,000 Collect ‘N Win prize from the October 5, 2021 drawing.

Mr. Bullen said he started playing the Delaware Lottery about 30 years ago, and has particularly enjoyed the excitement of POWERBALL® ever since. He started entering his non-winning tickets into Collect ‘N Win drawings after seeing all of the second chance prizes available on the Collect ‘N Win website.

Mr. Bullen was delighted to learn that one of his 24 entries into the October 5 drawing ended up making him a $1,000 winner. He has won prizes as large as $200 in the past, but this is his biggest win to date.

Mr. Bullen claimed his prize from Lottery Headquarters on October 13, 2021.
