PHILADELPHIA, PA – On October 11, 2021 at 12:15 AM, an unknown black male pried the postman’s box that contained the security code to the door to gain entry to an apartment complex located on the 18xx block of Fairmount Ave. Once inside the suspect made his way into the basement storage area where the storage lockers for the residents are located. A suitcase was taken along with several delivered mail packages.
