BALTIMORE, MARLAND – On October 24, 2021, at approximately 4:28 pm, officers responded to 300 block of S. Fulton Avenue for a shotspotter alert.
Upon arrival, officers located an unidentified male who had been shot.
Medics responded to the location and pronounced the victim deceased.
