The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Person Kenneth Davis. Kenneth was last seen at his residence on the Unit block of East Phil Ellena Street on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at approximately 5:30 pm.
Kenneth is 20 years old, 6’0″, approximately 170 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants and red slide sandals.
