$50,000 Won on Cash Celebration Scratch Off in Cincinnati

Pruszcz Gdanski, Poland - March 8, 2019: Scratching a scratch-off Lotto lottery ticket.

CINCINNATI, OHIO – Samuel Hill of Cincinnati won $50,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Cash Celebration.

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Hill will receive $36,000.

He purchased his winning ticket at Queens Gate Marathon located at 811 W 8th St in Cincinnati.
