BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – Please help officers locate 64 year-old William Birmingham.
Mr. Birmingham was last seen on October 26, 2021 at approximately 9:00 p.m., in the 400 block of South Payson Street. At that time he was wearing a navy blue jacket with “Standard Auto” on the front and black pants.
He is approximately 5’4” and weighs 145lbs.
Mr. Birmingham frequents Morrell Park/Pigtown area.
