Baltimore woman claims $30,000 top prize on Diamond Bingo scratch-off

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A $30,000 top-prize winning Diamond Bingo scratch-off has the future shining bright for a Baltimore woman, who located her lucky star of an instant ticket at a nearby retailer.

The 61-year-old routinely plays a variety of Lottery games, including Pick 3 and Pick 4, but prefers scratch-offs. The winner crossed paths with Lottery luck when she visited Vision Cherry Hill Liquors in Baltimore to buy one of the Lottery’s bingo scratch-offs. She selected the $3 Diamond Bingo instant ticket.

She scratched it later that day and revealed her fantastic fate. “I couldn’t believe it,” the happy winner said. She even decided to share the great news with a few of her friends. She hasn’t yet made any decisions about how she will spend her prize and plans to put it into her savings account.

Her lucky retailer, Vision Cherry Hill Liquors located at 632 Cherry Hill Road in Baltimore City, will receive a $300 bonus for selling a top-prize winning scratch-off of $30,000. The Diamond Bingo instant ticket launched in July with seven top prizes. There are still four top prizes remaining along with more than 600,000 prizes ranging from $3 to $1,000
