The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 41-year-old Endangered Missing Person Angelero Fabian. He was last seen at 3:30 P.M., on Saturday, October 30th, 2021, on the 23XX block of Race Street.
He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, black or grey sweatpants.
