The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 14-year-old Missing Juvenile Rakshak Rai. He was last seen on Friday, October 29th, 2021, on the 6XX block of Porter Street.
He is 5’2″, 130 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray and white hooded sweatshirt and black shorts.
