The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 32-year-old Missing Person Keila Rios-Han. She was last seen on Tuesday, October 26th, 2021, on the 16XX block of South Ithan Street.
She is 5’8″ and 135 lbs. She was last seen wearing a blue jeans and charcoal gray t-shirt.
