The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Juvenile Shamere Ousley. His mother last saw Shamere on Sunday, October 31, 2021, at 1:00 am at their residence on the 4900 block of Rubicam Street.
Shamere is 14 years old, 5’ 4”, 130 lbs., with brown eyes and curly hair; he was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with black puma pants. Shamere is known to frequent the area of Chew and Washington Streets.
