The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 78-year-old Missing Endangered Person Howard Gore. He was last seen on Thursday, November 4th, 2021, on the 5500 block of Cedar Ave.
He is 5’8″ 175lbs, average build, dark complexion, hazel eyes, black/gray beard and hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, light colored jeans and black sneakers. He frequents the area of 52nd and Cedar Ave, Cobbs Creek and Market St,., and 58th and Baltimore Ave. He is reported to have medical issues.
