Newark man Wins $20K Playing Ohio Scratch off

NEWARK, OHIO – Blane Ridenbaugh of Newark won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, $500,000 Cash.

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Ridenbaugh will receive $14,400.

He purchased his winning ticket at Kroger located at 1155 N. 21st St in Newark.
