Dallas PD Needs Help identifying Suspect Who Abandoned Dog in Crate Near Roadway

DALLAS, TEXAS – On October 5, 2021, at approximately 8:58 pm., a suspect driving a white or light-colored full-size SUV (possibly a Nissan Armanda), abandoned a tricolored Rat Terrier type dog in a wire animal crate near the roadway at 3400 Hamilton Avenue.
