The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 17-year-old Missing Juvenile Kiara Bryant. She was last seen at 3:48 P.M., on Tuesday, November 9th, 2021, on the 53XX block of Ridge Avenue.
She is 5’5″, 140 lbs., wavy brown hair, brown eyes and tattoo on right forearm.
