Mohammed will receive approximately $360,000 after federal and state tax withholdings. He purchased his winning ticket at Smoke Outlet, located at 1019 West Broad Street in Columbus.

As of Nov. 15, the Ohio Lottery has three prizes of $500,000 remaining in $500,000 Cashword. Mohammed beat odds of 1 in 1 million to win.
